| Rural revitalization,effective governance is the basis.The key to achieving effective rural governance lies in cracking the need for governance talents.Doing a good job in the construction of rural governance talent team is to hold the "bull nose" of rural governance.Therefore,from the perspective of rural revitalization,it is of great significance to explore how to build and develop a rural governance talent team,give full play to its organizational leadership role in rural revitalization,and provide governance talent support for rural revitalization.The article adopts research methods such as literature research,text analysis,and survey research,in-depth research and exploration of the construction path of rural governance talents to meet the needs of rural revitalization,and then promote the realization of effective rural governance and rural revitalization.First of all,this article carefully sorts out the relevant research results at home and abroad,and reviews and analyzes the research progress and existing problems in this field.Relevant concepts such as rural revitalization and rural governance talent teams are clearly defined.Secondly,it explains the internal logic of rural revitalization and the construction of rural governance talent team,and clarifies the importance and necessity of rural governance talent team construction from the perspective of rural revitalization.Thirdly,starting from the new requirements of the new era of rural revitalization strategy on the construction of rural governance talent team,a questionnaire survey and interviews were conducted for some rural cadres and villagers.Through the analysis of the questionnaire survey and interview results,we found that the current rural governance talent team The main problems in the construction are: the shortage of talents for governance,the low political quality of the team,the lack of comprehensive governance capabilities,the imbalance of the overall structure of the team,and the instability of the rooted rural thinking.The root cause of the problem lies in the coexistence of brain drain and inadequate supply,the incomplete selection and employment system,the imperfect education and training system,the unscientific incentive mechanism,and the inadequate implementation of the supervision system.Finally,centering on the current problems and causes of rural governance talent team building,with Xi Jinping’s important exposition on rural revitalization as a guide,drawing on and applying relevant theories,the rural governance talent team building path under the perspective of rural revitalization is proposed: Organize leadership and implement the "leadership project";second,innovate construction ideas and improve the team’s continuous mechanism;third,pay attention to ability improvement and improve the education and training system;fourth,encourage rural roots and implement scientific and effective incentives;Strictly enforce correct wind and discipline,forged a strong style of thinking. |
