Research On The Party Building At The Grass-roots Level In Rural Areas Of Guangxi Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization In The New Era

As an important decision-making arrangement of the Party and the state,the strategy of Rural Revitalization is also an important aspect of achieving a well-off society in an all-round way.It is a complex systematic project.It is necessary to give full play to the role of the Party in overall situation and coordinating all parties,improve the leadership mechanism and inner-party laws and regulations of the Party in rural work,enhance the ability of leading rural work,and provide a strong political guarantee for rural revitalization.Rural grass-roots Party organizations,as leaders in the implementation of the strategy of Rural Revitalization and practitioners at the grass-roots level in the new era,are important guarantees for strengthening the leadership of the Party.It is necessary to conduct in-depth and systematic research on the situation of Promoting Rural Revitalization in practice.Implementing the strategy of rural rejuvenation is an inevitable choice to start a new journey of building a socialist modernization country in an all-round way.The Decision of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Committee of the Communist Party of China on Implementing the Strategy of Rural Revitalization,issued on April 16,2018,points out that we should firmly promote Party building to promote rural revitalization,highlight political functions,enhance organizational capacity,grasp villages to promote villages,and build rural grass-roots Party organizations into a strong fighting fortress for rural revitalization.Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region is a major agricultural province in China and an important area for poverty alleviation.The implementation of Rural Revitalization Strategy is an important measure to build "three ecologies",realize "two constructions" and build beautiful Guangxi.Taking the basic situation of rural grass-roots party building in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region as the research object,this paper expounds the background and basic connotation of the formation of Rural Revitalization Strategy in the new era,the new requirements of Rural Revitalization for rural grass-roots party building,and preliminarily explores the dialectical relationship between Rural Revitalization and rural grass-roots party building,holding that rural grass-roots party building must revolve around the reality of Rural Revitalization strategy.At the same time,Rural Revitalization reacts to the construction of rural grass-roots Party organizations,which is the "grindstone" and "touchstone" of rural grass-roots Party building.Through the practice investigation,the experience,problems and shortcomings of the grass-roots Party building in rural areas of Guangxi are discussed,and the way to promote the Rural Revitalization by the grass-roots Party building in rural areas in the new era is discussed.
