China is a unified multi-ethnic country,and national unity and progress is the supreme interest of the Chinese nation,the lifeline of all ethnic groups,the lifeline of the country,and the fundamental basis for the realization of the Chinese Dream.The multi-ethnic schools in ethnic areas are the microcosm and microcosm of the unified multi-ethnic country in China.Therefore,to solve and develop the peer relationship between ethnic students is related to the unity,progress and long-term stability of all ethnic groups in ethnic areas and even the Chinese nation.The purpose of this study is to promote the deep integration of the peer relationship among students of all ethnic groups,in accordance with General Secretary Xi Jinping's important instruction of "strengthening exchanges and exchanges among all ethnic groups".On the basis of literature reading,on-the-spot investigation and personal practical experience as the Diqing ethnic students,taking the students of different ethnic groups in Diqing multi-ethnic middle school as the research object,using scientific measurement tools supplemented with interviews,this paper objectively reveals the problems existing in the peer relationship among students of various ethnic group,and makes a comprehensive analysis of the restrictive factors affecting the deep integration among students of various ethnic group,finally,the author tries to find out a way to promote the integration of the multi-ethnic middle school students in ethnic areas.The paper is divided into six parts: first,in the introduction part,this paper discusses in detail the reason of the topic selection,the literature review at home and abroad,the definition of the related concepts,the theoretical basis of the research,the design of the research,the aim and significance of the research,as well as the difficulties and innovations of the research.Second,on the basis of the explanation of the term "integration",and in combination with General Secretary Xi's discussion of "exchanges and exchanges among ethnic groups",it is proposed that the integration ofthe partnership between ethnic students is not a superficial exchange,but on the level of psychological integration,the deep integration of the emotions of ethnic students is the highest level of the "Three Exchanges" of ethnic relations.Thirdly,by using the method of questionnaire and interview,we measured the peer relationship of students from six ethnic groups,namely Tibetan,Lisu People,Nakhi people,Yi people,Bai people and Han,then it reveals the practical problems of the peer relationship among the students of all nationalities in Diqing Middle School: The relationship between the students of all nationalities needs to be strengthened;In actual communication,there are internal conflicts among ethnic students,and the scope of deep communication between ethnic students and their peers is narrow.Fourthly,based on the results of the questionnaire analysis,the combination of interview and literature,using iceberg theory from the shallow to the deep to explore the factors that affect the deep integration of ethnic students' peer relationship,it includes the differences of students' personality,family and school environment,social environment and ethnic culture,and points out that the differences of ethnic culture are the most deep reasons that affect the deep integration of national students' peer relationship.Fifthly,from the angles of individual,family,school and society,the author puts forward the strategies to promote the integration of ethnic students' peer relationship in multi-ethnic schools in ethnic areas,that is,to create a Harmonious and blending atmosphere for the whole society,by giving full play to the role of the school as the "main battlefield" in promoting the integration of the peer relationship among students of all ethnic group,and the parents are the leaders of "ethnic culture entering the campus".Sixth,the research contents were summarized and prospected,and pointed out the shortcomings of this study.
