Guangzhou Metro Research On Security Inspections Of Massive Passenger Flow

In recent years,with its safety,convenience and economic efficiency,as the representative of the urban railway system,the subway has evolved into the core of urban public transport system and public service system.In the meantime,with the continuous extension of subway network and the growing surge of large traffic,there has been a heavy passenger flow in the subway stations.Large passenger flow means lots of passengers gathered in the subway station,during the daily peak hours,festivals or big events,which would block the station and effect its operating order and public safety,and even effect the road traffic and cause casualties.Therefore,the characteristics of large passenger flows in the subway stations,such as convergence,disorderly flow and complex composition,make the subway become the key target of crimes and terrorist attacks.Under the big setting,it is required that the subway should improve the safety level,strengthen the safety inspection measures,and try its best to prevent all the risk factors out of the station.Therefore,the subway safety inspection is an significance factor to ensure the normal operation order of the subway,protect people's safety,and maintain social security and stability.It also exposes the truth that the related laws and regulations are not sound,security standards are not unified,security check is not in consistency,and passenger flow efficiency is unqualified as well.This paper takes Guangzhou metro as an example,from the perspective of public security management,carries out a comprehensive analysis on the efficiency and quality of subway security check service under the background of large passenger flow,and accordingly puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to balance passenger flow and security check intensity,in order to improve service efficiency,explore and solve the specific problems of subway security check.The thesis consists of six chapters:The first chapter is the introduction,includes the research background,research significance,research status at home and abroad,the main content of the research and research methods.The second chapter is the core concepts and the theoretical basis of the thesis research.It defines the concepts of subway passenger flow and subway security service,also explains the theoretical basis of the research.The third chapter is the analysis of the current situation of security check service of Guangzhou subway under the background of large passenger flow,which introduces the basic development situation and mode of Guangzhou subway and security check,and discusses from the aspects of security check passage efficiency,strength of implementation,prevention facilities,service quality,etc.,and analyzes the existing problems and deficiencies under the background of large passenger flow.The fourth chapter explains the main cause of the imbalance between heavy passenger flow and the insufficient security service.This paper discusses and analyzes the space structure,security operation standard,hardware level and team management.The fifth chapter provides example of the effective subway security measures in Beijing and London.Sixth chapter provides solutions to optimize the countermeasures and suggestions of Guangzhou subway security service under the background of large passenger flow,by introducing "Smart Safety Check" technology,improving the mechanisms of security team management,unifying security standards,improving the relevant laws and regulations,and strengthening mechanisms of security incident services coping with large traffic.It optimizes security services to a certain extent.Finally,the paper summarizes the research findings,including the main conclusions of the study and the limitations of the study.
