Research On The Efficiency Of Police Supervision In China

The police supervision performs the function of internal supervision of public security organs,which is a reflection of administrative supervision in public security organs.The police supervision department is a special supervision organ within the public security organs.It plays an important role in ensuring the public security organ and its people's police to perform their duties,exercise their powers and observe discipline according to law,which is very important to improve the efficiency of public security work.In the face of the new situation and new tasks,how to better play the role of Police supervision,strengthen the organization and management of police supervision work,and improve the efficiency of public security work have become the urgent tasks of public security organs and police supervision departments at all levels.Based on the researcher's own work experience,this paper takes the police supervision work of G Province as the research sample,focuses on the improvement of police supervision efficiency,through participatory observation and investigation of the police supervision work in G province.On the basis of in-depth understanding of the current situation,it is found that although the police supervision work in G province has made a lot of achievements in recent years,such as continuously checking and rectifying the police style and discipline and strengthening the problem-oriented However,at the same time,there are some problems,such as too heavy task,low quality of supervision,imperfect operation mechanism,low degree of informatization,unscientific organization and management,and unconstrained power.The main reasons for these problems are the absence of cooperation mechanism and supervision The organization is attached to subordinate,supervision function is weakened and internal management is inefficient and out of order.The developed countries and regions have the characteristics of independent supervision.Management of supervision subject,comprehensive supervision function,strict supervision procedure,scientific and technological supervision means and effective supervision objectives.It is necessary to strengthen the construction of the rule of law,strengthen the independence of supervision and establish coordination to improve the police supervision work in G Province by learning from the experience of developed countries and regions.We should work together with the government,build intelligent supervision,strengthen organization and management,and promote the transformation of achievements.
