The Application Of Informatization Technology In Police Inspector And Countermeasures

Police supervision system as an important system of China's public security organs,has to feel the benefits of information in the trend of information technology,but as a kind of special supervision system,is facing the collision of traditional and modern information technology,application of online police supervision are still many deficiencies.This paper takes YongzhouPublic Security Bureau as an example,using the method of questionnaire survey conducted a survey on the status of the actuality of application of online police supervision of Yongzhou Public Security Bureau,and based on the analyse of the present situation of police supervision and the understanding of the importance of online police supervision,which discusses the detail information on domestic and international police inspector development and theoretical research,and elaborates the the related theory of police supervision,confirmingthe means of information applied to policing supervision is mainly online police supervision system,as to understand the use of information means in Yongzhou public security organs and to analyze the causes and domestic areas successful experience and to Put forward the countermeasures to improve the online police supervision system.Specifically,the main research contents of this paper include the following three aspects:(1)Based on expounding the research background and significance of the thesis,this paper introduces the research status of the police supervision at home and abroad and the actual situation,combined with the related theory of the police supervision,which discussed the meaning,nature,theories of police supervision in detail.(2)This paper introduces the main means of online police supervision system,namely the basic situation of online police supervision system,which interpreted from seven subsystems,that is the video supervision subsystem,voice supervision subsystem,law enforcement supervision subsystem,evaluation subsystem of police inspector,satellite positioning subsystem,visual inspector scheduling subsystem,the comprehensive application subsystem.At the same time,this paperusing a questionnaire to carry out an systematic investigation and research,is mainly to the Yongzhou public security organs supervision personnel structure and system analysis,so as to confirm the main problems and the reasons of online public security organs supervision building in Yongzhou.(3)Based on the goal of improving the efficiency of police supervision,and combining the results of the questionnaire survey of police supervision in Yongzhou public security organs,This paper puts forward some suggestions for improvement from two aspects of objective and subjective,in order to strengthen the construction of supervision system from two aspects which is the perfect upgrade of internet policeinspector system and strengthen the construction of inspectors team to enhance the work efficiency and quality of Yongzhou police inspectors.
