Research On The Dispute Resolution Mechanism Of Police Station

In the transition period,with the acceleration of urbanization,the interests of the people are increasingly diversified,and the number of disputesis increasing and becoming more complex.The construction of a harmonious society is the most important political deployment at present.The construction of diversified dispute resolution mechanism has also become an important topic in the academic community,around which there are a lot of research results in law,ethnology and anthropology.In the grass-roots dispute resolution work,the police station has always been in the front line position.It plays an irreplaceable role in resolving disputes,preventing disputes from upgrading and promoting the steady development of society.In recent years,the research on the mechanism of rectification and settlement mostly focuses on customary law,community autonomy and other aspects,while the research on administrative mediation is less.This paper hopes to fully understand the current situation of the police station's dispute resolution work by participating in the observation of the actual work of the police station,and put forward countermeasures and suggestions from the system level in view of the existing problems,so that the police station can play a better role in the grass-roots dispute resolution work.In addition to the introduction and conclusion,this paper is divided into four parts.The first part is an introduction to the general situation of s police station,including the number,composition and working process of police officers.Through summing up and analyzing the data,we hope to find out the difficulties and problems faced by the police in resolving the disputes.The second part first describes the theory of dispute resolution,in addition,summarizes the types,quantity,composition and time of the disputes faced by police in daily work in the form of charts,and discusses why the disputes flow to the police station,mainly in the form of real cases.The third part describes the practical logic of the police station to solve the dispute,including the game strategy between the police and the parties involved in thedispute,as well as the reasons why the dispute can not be effectively resolved.The fourth part puts forward suggestions on how to improve the dispute resolution mechanism of police station,including clarifying the responsibility mechanism,improving the law enforcement environment,and improving the connection of other dispute resolution systems.
