| With the development of building a service-oriented government,the public’s awareness of participating in political affairs is constantly improving.In this context,government service hotline have been opened in various parts of China.There are different terms for government service hotline in different provinces and cities,such as mayor hotline,citizen’ hotline and government hotline.Because of its convenience and efficiency,the hotline is popular among the people,and it is natural that it needs to play its powerful function to help the reform and innovation of social management in the new era.B city proposes the development goal of building a city of quality life,and the whole city attaches great importance to the construction of convenient hotline for government service.In this paper,a service-oriented government,new public service theory as the foundation,first based on the literature review of the results,to project related literatures are summarized and illustrated,then the domestic outstanding typical demonstration experience the full reference,especially understand Beijing,jinan and Shanghai three areas in the successful experience of convenient services,as the essential theoretical foundation of the whole.In the overall study,this paper takes B city as the research object through case analysis.By sorting out the operation situation of the convenience service hotline in this region,it summarizes various types of problems existing in it,especially focusing on the acceptance situation and the satisfaction of the masses.On the basis of ensuring comprehensive,objective and accurate understanding,combined with the actual development needs of B city,the corresponding optimization measures are put forward.Innovation of this paper is that the pay more attention to integrate theory with practice,by studying the B,for the convenience of government services hotline run the status quo,to study,to accept the situation and the degree of satisfaction analysis B,convenient hotline at the problems existing in the construction of government services,more advanced practice of domestic advanced cities,looking for B,improve the countermeasures of the construction of the hotline,A three-in-one implementation and enforcement system will be formed,namely,full acceptance by the hotline,full handling by the government and full supervision by the Commission for discipline inspection,so as to ensure that all media receive and feedback,and promote the construction of a service-oriented government. |
