Not only is it the very first step of the plateau mission training,but also one of the most risk-taking tasks to organize remote maneuver on the plateau.Remote maneuver,which includes operational commands,personnel,vehicles and equipment management,is different from common transportation on the plateau,featuring high-pressure,high-risk and task complexity,especially tough for the troops that are lack of relevant experience,in terms of its hidden danger.In this paper,the focus of the studies is mainly on risk management of remote maneuver on the plateau.Relevant theories and methods of risk management have been applied into planning and organizing plateau remote maneuver to solve the problems aforementioned.-Firstly,by comparing with varied methods of risk analysis,we find that the Hierarchical Holographic Model(HHM)is relatively suitable for identifying the risk of plateau remote maneuver,with which we complete the construction of a hierarchical holographic model of hidden risk on plateau remote maneuver.-Secondly,we employ the Risk Filtering,Ranking and Management Framework(RFRM)method,which includes eight steps and four stages of filtering,to find out the most critical risk factors in plateau remote maneuver and then efficiently manage and control them.-Thirdly,through the practice and application in the author's own unit,the risk management measures in the remote maneuvering stage of the plateau mission training are improved,and the results perform well.In this paper,the risk management techniques have been introduced to research on the security of plateau remote maneuver,which makes the risk management more widely used.It efficiently enhances the theoretical and technical level on the safety management of plateau remote maneuver.And also it's conducive to improving the effect on the safety management of plateau remote maneuver.
