In recent years,China's poverty alleviation work has entered a tackling phase.As the poverty alleviation work has been carried out in depth,the importance of helping the needy children has gradually become apparent.Relevant research shows that intergenerational transmission of poverty has been formed in China.Without intervention,poor families will always be in poverty.To intervene,you need to take advantage of the social work profession.As a former state-level impoverished county,H City,Yanbian Prefecture,Jilin Province,although the hat of poverty has been taken off in recent years,the economic foundation is weak,the level of economic development is still backward,the population loss is serious,and migrant work is prevalent,which has formed many de facto dilemmas child.As a poor mountainous area,the local social organization is developing slowly,and the government lacks funds to purchase social services.In this case,how to provide services for the local children in distress has become a difficult problem.This article is based on the "Shan She Zhu Meng" project for children in distress in H City.From the perspective of "three social organizations linkage",this article discusses how to carry out deep-level assistance to children in distress in poor areas through participation in observation.Through the introduction of multi-society organizations such as public welfare foundations and Internet public welfare platforms,the “Shan She Zhu Meng” distressed children project has solved the problem of insufficient funding for government procurement services within social organizations.The establishment of a professional social work team in colleges and universities provides talent guarantee for the in-depth assistance to children in distress,and also provides for material assistance while carrying out in-depth assistance.The project expands the scope of the community in the general "three social organizations linkage" on the service platform level,and adopts the "community plus" model to bring the school into the platform for children in distress,and for the dilemma on a wider platform Children's assistance services will help provide services for more children in need.At the same time,through the establishment of social worker service stations,the community service ability at the subject level has been improved,teachers in schools have been involved in deep-level assistance services for children in distress,and the long-term effect of service for children in distress has been improved.On the whole,the "Shan She Zhu Meng" project for children in distress has established a partnership that can meet the deep needs of children in distress and provide comprehensive assistance for children in distress through the interaction of multiple social organizations,social workers and the community.The platform provides an effective solution for the development of deep-level assistance to children in poverty in poor areas.
