Along with our country modern industrialization,and the development of information technology with each passing day,about the rapid development of the women in our country in terms of education,and marriage decision research focus on the performance of the change,education and marriage is a matter of personal growth process with two important aspects of social and economic progress,so on the aspects of the research has very important significance.In particular,women's educational attainment is growing much faster than men's in our country,and there has been little research on this subject.Therefore,the research on the development of women's education and the influence of the increase of women's external education on their marriage decision will help enrich the relevant theoretical research,understand the gender difference of the marriage market effect of education,and provide reference for me to timely adjust the marriage pattern and flexible school system design and other policies.Using the 2016 CFPS data,this paper evaluates the impact of women's external education on their marriage decisions by using the normal least square method and the two-stage least method regression.The results shows that an extra year of education does not change a woman's decision to marry,but it lead to a brief delay of 0.14 years in the average age of marriage,and that the delay is much lower than for men.At the same time,although women and men do better in the labour market after they are better educated,which may mean waiting for better opportunities,men's incomes eventually grow faster than women's.In addition,the decline in attractiveness at least partly explains why the average age of first marriage is delayed by less than a year.In addition,this paper tries to solve the endogeneity problem by using the primary school compulsory education system as an instrumental variable,which makes the research result more reliable.According to the above research conclusions,this paper puts forward the following Suggestions: first,improve relevant laws,regulations and policies to encourage marriageable women to get married;Secondly,at the level of public opinion,social forces should be appropriately guided to intervene to provide help and support to school couples.Third,at the school level for college students who want to get married to provide solutions;Fourth,at the level of teachers,the correct gender concept as the guidance to improve the corresponding education level,and actively guide students to form a view of love and marriage;Fifthly,establish the right view of love and marriage and make the right life plan as soon as possible.
