Grassroots civil servants are the backbone of the country's governance,"the foundation is not firm,the ground shaking",without a full of ideals and beliefs,good style of work,practical and hard-working grassroots civil servants,the implementation of specific national policies will inevitably be greatly affected.In today's comprehensive deepening of reform,we need to know that reform is forced by problems.Only by studying the source,development and mechanism of the problem can we grasp the core and provide better driving force for reform.It is of great research value and significance to discuss the influence of the problems in the career plateau phenomenon of grass-roots civil servants and its influencing factors.The purpose of this study is to explore the career plateau problem of grassroots civil servants in the work and its impact on the job burnout of civil servants.By civil servants at the grass-roots level to twelve cities of hunan province issued recovery of383 valid questionnaires,using the career plateau scale and job burnout scale as measuring tools,and carries on the questionnaire data collection and data analysis,this paper draws the following conclusions:(1)The career plateau and job burnout of the grassroots civil servants are determined by the demographic variables such as gender,age,marriage,education and other demographic variables and years of work,the current unit working years,the current position working years and other objective single-dimensional defining factors of the career plateau.There are some differences in the above,and the influence of the hierarchical plateau is relatively large.(2)The three dimensions in the career plateau of the grassroots civil servants and the three dimensions in the job burnout of the grassroots civil servants have significant correlations among various dimensions,among which the content plateau has the highest correlation coefficient with job burnout.(3)The level plateau in the career plateau of grassroots civil servants has a significant impact on emotional exhaustion and cynicism,the centralized plateau has a significant impact on low sense of achievement,and the content plateau has a significant impact on all dimensions of job burnout,and the effect is most significant.This study mainly discusses the impact of various dimensions of career plateau on various dimensions of job burnout.The results can be summarized as follows: The career plateau of grassroots civil servants is based on the level of the plateau on the demographic variables and the objective listof career plateau The dimension definition has the greatest influence;the content plateau dimension has the greatest correlation and influence on job burnout in the career plateau.The career plateau has a significant positive effect on job burnout overall.
