Along with the advancement of the development of economy and the pace of reform,many professional group in the society have different levels of job burnout.In today’s increasingly competitive society,professional group work pressure reached unprecedented levels,job burnout has increasingly become a common phenomenon in many modern society.With the increase of government work transparency,the improvement of public participation and the transformation of the functions of the government,civil servant group,especially the grass-roots civil servants work increasingly become the focus of the social hot topics.Civil servants at the grass-roots level is the foundation of the public affairs manager,is to be able to realize the functions of the government’s direct strength,quite a few of them are in high pressure working environment,in a state of exhaustion of body and mind,this state is not only harm to personal health,but also affects the organization efficiency.Partly on the deployment and the work of civil servants at the grass-roots level to bring unprecedented pressure and challenges,therefore,to strengthen the research of this group of job burnout problem has become the effective guarantee civil servants at the grass-roots level physical and mental health,promote the development of grass-roots public management science.On the basis of combing the research on job burnout at home and abroad,this paper puts forward the framework and research methods needed for the research.Firstly,it introduces the theory of job burnout of grassroots civil servants,and takes the grassroots civil servants in Weifang as the research object,and makes an empirical study to explore the causes and manifestations of professional burnout at the grassroots level.In the feedback to the questionnaire can be seen,grassroots civil service job burnout is more serious.Different gender,age,educational level,marital status,working life,duties and so on,the level of professional burnout of grassroots civil servants have different degrees of impact.The causes of occupational burnout at the grassroots level are multifaceted.Individual,organizational and social factors can lead to the difference of occupational burnout at the grassroots level.On the basis of exploring the causes of job burnout,this paper also studies the countermeasures to intervene in the job burnout of grassroots civil servants.Corresponding causes,intervention measures can be from the individual,organization,and social three levels of research.Multi-measures simultaneously,in order to achieve good results for the grass-roots civil service job burnout put forward practical solutions.
