Community Discovery:Exploration Of The Way To Realize The Function Of The "Good-neighborly Living Room" Platform

How to promote community governance with the help of new hub social organizations is an important part of grass-roots governance.For such a new type of rural community,how to carry out more effective grass-roots governance,how to further improve the quality of community services,so that new farmers in the living environment to improve at the same time,can really feel the new community to farmers’ humane care has become the difficulty and focus of community work.There is no shortage of community governance people,but the work of the lack of a certain degree of vitality and enthusiasm.Therefore,the initiative to stimulate the vitality of community governance and mobilize residents’ participation is the breakthrough in the development of community work at present.In view of the difficulties of community governance,H county government seizes the key point,builds a comprehensive community governance platform in the form of projects,and forms a network of community cadres to take the lead and residents cooperate with professional social organizations,so as to stimulate the vitality of grass-roots governance and promote the creativity and ability of residents’ autonomy.This paper from the professional perspective of social work participation in community governance,with H County’s neighborhood living room to participate in the new urban and rural integration community grass-roots governance as the research direction,and in the actual research process through the interview method,observation method and other research methods to explore the operation mode of the good-neighborly living room,the realization path of function,from the good-neighbor living room mode,The actual operation situation and the discovery of the difficulties and shortcomings in operation and put forward relevant reasonable suggestions from these aspects,to start the writing of the article.After this study of the neighborhood living room,the main conclusions came to the following: First,The good-neighborly living room of H County originated from the government to purchase community projects,and in the course of practice to the three-community linkage as the guiding ideology,with the five-in-one as the mainpractical model,to create a micro-people’s parliamentary platform,organization cultivation platform,micro-autonomous activity platform,Pepsi Micro-service platform four different functions of small community governance platform,from a number of ways to better mobilize residents to participate in community governance enthusiasm.Secondly,the community has initially formed a "good-neighborly living room" as a community governance center to carry out community work of the practice path,and constantly promote the community’s internal social organizations as the carrier to carry out public welfare mutual assistance,recreation and leisure activities,in order to build a good neighborhood relationship.But also because of some objective factors,the actual operation of the good-neighborly living room also has the resource sharing network between the participating subjects to be perfected,the function orientation of the small governance platform within the community is not clear enough,the professionalism is not strong,and the residents rely too much on the incentive mechanism.At the end of this paper,according to the existing problems,the social worker’s professionalism,the mutual assistance network among the participating groups and the multi-level human resources in the community put forward the relevant suggestions,and put forward the prospect of further professional development of the good-neighborly living room.
