Research On The Present Situation And Countermeasures Of Inner Mongolia District Committee's Participation In Public Decision-making

Our country has entered the key stage of winning the victory to build a well-off society in an all-round way.The interest demands of different interest subjects show a trend of diversification and the social structure is gradually divided.This requires that decision makers should take into account the personalized needs of different interest subjects when making decisions and attract more social forces to participate in the decision-making,so that public decisions can reflect the actual needs of different strata and the masses as much as possible.China implements a multi-party cooperation and political consultation system under the leadership of the Chinese Communist Party,which is a unique advantage of the socialist political system and also provides a strong institutional guarantee for all democratic parties to participate in public decision-making.In the process of making and implementing public decisions,all democratic parties should be guided to participate actively,and their participation in politics should be improved by giving full play to their functions of participating in politics,democratic supervision and political consultation under the leadership of the Communist Party of China.How to give full play to the political advantages of the democratic parties in participating in public decision-making,to fully realize the democratic parties' participation in the deliberation and administration of state affairs,democratic supervision,and to participate in the political consultation function led by the CPC is an important topic worthy of in-depth study and discussion.The inner Mongolia district party Committee of the civil construction center around the central task of the autonomous region's party Committee and government,actively participate in the formulation of public decisions,serve the overall situation of reform,development and stability in combination with the party's own characteristics,and earnestly perform the functions of participating parties.Some excellent CPPCC proposals and NPC suggestions put forward by party members have been taken seriously by decision makers and implemented.However,at the same time,the capacity of the Inner Mongolia District Committee of the Democratic People's Congress to participate in public decision-making needs to be further improved,and the resources and advantages of the democratic parties have not been fully demonstrated.Taking the Inner Mongolia District Committee of the Civil Construction as an example,this paper attempts to study the participation of democratic parties in public decision-making in order to further play the positive role of democratic parties in participating in public decision-making.Therefore,this article will adopt the method of combining theory with practice,and comprehensively use the research methods of literature research,case analysis,questionnaire survey,etc.to discuss the problem of democratic parties' participation in public decision-making,and to highlight the characteristics of parties themselves and enhance their awareness of participation in public decision-making.Strengthen system guarantee and unblock channels for democratic parties to participate in public decision-making;Efforts were made to create a good social atmosphere for democratic parties to participate in public decision-making,and suggestions were put forward to enhance the public's understanding of democratic parties.
