| As a large agricultural country with nearly 600 million farmers,the overall quality of farmers has a direct impact on the modernization process of agricultural and rural farmers.In the promotion of the strategy of rural rejuvenation in China,it is of far-reaching significance to speed up the cultivation of new professional farmers to solve the problems of "agriculture,countryside and farmers".Rural revitalization is a comprehensive and all-round project,which not only brings new vitality to the agricultural countryside,but also assigns a hard task to the agricultural countryside.Therefore,new hope has been given to the new professional farmers and higher requirements have been put forward for their cultivation.The cultivation of new types of professional farmers should proceed from the current realities of agricultural and rural development,be based on regional characteristics,and adapt to the current trend of industrialization,modernization and informatization on the basis of quality,strong skills and practical results.Let the new type of professional farmers display their skills in the vast field of the new era of rural areas,give full play to their due role as a model driving force,and build a solid talent base for the rural revitalization strategy.Guided by Marxist materialist dialectics and from the perspective of Rural Revitalization strategy,this paper expounds the important relationship between Rural Revitalization Strategy and the cultivation of new-type professional peasants by combining theory with practice,summarizes the achievements of the cultivation of new-type professional peasants in the promotion of Rural Revitalization strategy,analyses the existing problems and reasons,and draws lessons from the cultivation of foreign professional peasants.Experience.On this basis,the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the cultivation of new-type professional peasants suitable for our national conditions. |
