Research On The Cultivation Of New Professional Farmers Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

The Rural Revitalization Strategy was put forward in the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China for the first time,which means that the Rural Revitalization Strategy has entered the national strategic level and become the general grasp of solving the "three rural" problems in the new era.In2018,No.1 central document made detailed plans for the strategy of Rural Revitalization.In September of the same year,the CPC Central Committee and the State Council issued the strategic plan for revitalizing the countryside,marking the stage of full implementation of the strategy for Rural Revitalization.The Fifth Plenary Session of the 19 th CPC Central Committee has been promoted to the height of "comprehensive revitalization of rural areas",which fully reflects the great attention of the party and the state to the work of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers".Among them,clarifying the issue of "who will revitalize the countryside" is the logical starting point of implementing the Rural Revitalization Strategy,that is,cultivating the main force of the future agricultural production development-new professional farmers.As an important part of rural revitalization,new professional farmers are the main body of Rural Revitalization.Only by further promoting the cultivation of new professional farmers,can we truly achieve the development goals of strong agriculture,beautiful countryside and rich farmers,and realize the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas.Based on the background of rural revitalization,this paper focuses on the current situation,problems and Countermeasures of the cultivation of new professional farmersThe first part is the introduction.In this part,the background and research significance of this paper are introduced.Then the research status of domestic and foreign scholars on the cultivation of new professional farmers is described.Then the research ideas and methods are introduced.Finally,the innovation and shortcomings of this paper are discussed.The second part is a general overview of the cultivation of new professional farmers under the background of Rural Revitalization.In this part,firstly,it defines the Rural Revitalization Strategy and the related concepts of new professional farmers,then combs the theoretical basis of the cultivation of new professional farmers,and finally expounds the necessity of cultivating new professional farmers under the background of Rural Revitalization.The third part analyzes the current situation and problems of the cultivation of new professional farmers under the background of Rural Revitalization.This part first introduces the current situation of the cultivation of new professional farmers,and then points out the problems existing in the cultivation process of new professional farmers in China and analyzes the causes from the following aspects: the obvious differences in the individual level of new professional farmers,the lack of teachers for the cultivation of new professional farmers,and the imperfect cultivation system of new professional farmers.The fourth part is the research on the Cultivation Countermeasures of new professional farmers under the background of Rural Revitalization.This part is guided by the problems in the third part,puts forward corresponding countermeasures and measures,and is committed to solving the problems existing in the cultivation of new professional farmers from many aspects,so as to open up new ideas for the cultivation of new professional farmers.
