Research On The Cultivation Of New Professional Farmers In The Perspective Of Rural Revitalization Strategy

The report of the Nineteenth Communist Party of China National Congress put forward for the first time the strategy of "rural revitalization".Farmers are the main body of rural revitalization.Vigorously cultivating new professional farmers is the basic project to realize "rural revitalization".It is helpful to promote agricultural modernization and to realize the grand goal of "building China into a strong socialist modernization country ".China's rural labor force has low educational level,low quality,less opportunities to receive training in new agricultural technology,and the aging of the population.At present,in many rural areas of China,the elderly labor force has become the main body of rural industrial development.In addition,due to the low efficiency of rural economic development,the inadequate infrastructure of rural construction and the lagging supply of agricultural products,the development of rural agriculture has been seriously affected.Food is the most important thing for the people.Agricultural production has always been the key to ensuring the safety of the people.Under the background of "rural revitalization" strategy,it is urgent to vigorously cultivate "new professional farmers who love agriculture,understand technology and are good at management".Based on the theories of human capital,agricultural economy and hierarchy of demand,this paper uses pedagogy,economics and public management to analyze the necessity,current situation and existing problems of the cultivation of new-type professional farmers under the strategy of rural revitalization.It is new to some developed countries and parts of China.The results of the cultivation of type-I professional farmers are analyzed to provide a feasible scheme for the cultivation of new type professional farmers in China,so as to accelerate the realization of agricultural modernization and promote the strategy of rural revitalization.The structure and content of this paper are divided into the following six chapters: The first chapter is an introduction,including the purpose and significance of the research,research progress at home and abroad,research design and innovation.The second chapter defines the concept and elaborates the theoretical basis.The third chapter discusses the necessity of cultivating new type of professional farmers under the strategy of rural revitalization.The fourth Chapter chooses Jiaozuo as a typical small and medium-sized city as the research object to understand the current situation of cultivating new-type professional farmers,find out problems,analyze problems,and lay a foundation for putting forward countermeasures and suggestions.The fifth chapter summarizes the experience of developed countries in cultivating professional farmers and the practical experience in cultivating new professional farmers in some areas of China.The sixth chapter aims at the problems in the process of cultivating new-type professional peasants in our country and considering the specific national conditions of our country,starting from the aspects of cultivation content,system and mode,and under the background of the strategy of rural revitalization.The seventh chapter summarizes the whole paper,emphasizes the research focus and summarizes the strategies of cultivating new-type professional farmers: enriching the content of cultivating new-type professional farmers,guaranteeing sufficient funds for cultivating new-type professional farmers,effectively selecting cultivating objects,optimizing the cultivation of teachers,building a new-type professional farmers cultivation system,and innovating and developing new-type professional farmers' cultivation mode.At present,the theoretical research on the cultivation of new-type professional farmers in the context of the strategy of Rural Revitalization is still insufficient,and there is a gap between the existing theory and practice.Due to the aggravation of the aging problem,especially in the context of rural revitalization,there is a shortage of labor force and unreasonable distribution of resources in China's agricultural development.The cultivation of new-type professional farmers is in a critical period.The cultivation of new-type professional peasants in our country should be combined with the development of various regions,and the developed countries abroad and the regions that have achieved good results at home should be analyzed and compared,so as to cultivate a new-type professional peasants with high quality,and put them into the construction of beautiful countryside,so as to promote the early revitalization of the countryside.
