Research On The Influence Of Coordination Degree Of Urban Public Service Supply And Demand On Public Service Capability

With the rapid development of the economy,urbanization has continued to advance.As of the end of 2017,China's urbanization rate has reached 58.5%.The population size,distribution,and social structure have experienced large fluctuations,which directly led to large changes in the quantity and quality of public service demand,and put forward higher requirements for the allocation and supply of urban public services.With the rapid development of urbanization,the population has rapidly gathered in large cities,making urban diseases such as traffic congestion,environmental pollution,and rising housing prices increasingly prominent.The impact of urban scale on urban diseases and the comprehensive bearing capacity of cities has increasingly attracted great attention.The supply status of urban public services is a key aspect of the urban development process and an important issue related to safeguarding people's livelihood.The economic and social development of large cities must be coordinated with the carrying capacity of public services to achieve sustainable urban development.Therefore,this paper studies the coordinated development of the public service carrying capacity of provincial capital cities,provides support and basis for further optimizing the effective supply mode of public services,and promotes the healthy and sustainable development of urban economy and society.The main research work and conclusions of this paper are as follows:Based on the theory of public goods equilibrium supply,new public service theory and public choice theory,this paper relies on the empirical analysis of 31 provincial capital cities from 2012 to 2016 to explore the mechanism of the impact of public service supply and demand coordination on public service capacity.The first is to calculate the coordinated development of urban public service supply and demand: construct a scientific evaluation index system from the two aspects of supply and demand,use the grey relational entropy method to determine the index weight,and measure the supply index,demand index and coordinated development of supply and demand of public services.degree.The second is to carry out the evaluation of the urban public service carrying capacity: from the three aspects of pressure,pressure and regulation,establish an evaluation index system,and measure the evaluation value of public service carrying capacity.Finally,the public service supply index,the demand index,the coordinated development of supply and demand as the independent variable,the public service carrying capacity as the dependent variable,the per capita GDP,the proportion of the foreign population,and the per capita built-up area as the control variables,establish a multivariate regression statistical model,analysis The mechanism of action,summarizing and analyzing how the coordinated development of public service supply and demand affects the level of urban public service carrying capacity.The analysis of multiple regression results shows that: First,urban public service supply index,demand index,per capita built-up area is positively correlated with urban public service carrying capacity,public service supply and demand coordination degree,foreign population ratio and urban public service carrying capacity.There is a negative correlation between forces.Second,for the degree of influence of the public service capacity of provincial capital cities,the public service supply has the greatest impact,the public service supply coordinated development is second,and the public service demand has the least impact.Therefore,it is possible to promote the quantity,type and quality of public service supply,grasp the needs of residents,establish a coordination mechanism closely related to the needs of residents and improve the development of supply and demand,which is an important way to improve the carrying capacity of public services.Thirdly,the control variable of the proportion of migrants has a greater impact on the bearing capacity of public services,and the regression coefficient is negative.It is inferred that the regulation of the government household registration policy has a greater impact on the size of urban public services.Negative correlation.The smaller the government's household registration policy is,the larger the proportion of urban migrants,the more active population activities and social and economic activities put more demands on urban public service supply,and directly increase public services when supply is certain.Demand,thus resulting in lower public service capacity.
