Since the reform of the classification management of judicial personnel in Shanghai,the core reform of the judges and prosecutor staffing system has been basically in place and achieved great success,and has been promoted as a “Shanghai Program” to the whole country.Judging from the overall objectives and planning of the judicial personnel classification management reform,the classification management mechanism and supporting mechanisms still need to be improved and ameliorated.From the perspectives of jurisprudence,economics,management and sociology,this paper expounds the theoretical basis and necessity of the classification management reform of judicial personnel,and systematically sorts out the reform practice of Shanghai judicial personnel classification management,pointing out that there are current reforms.The main problems and causes are based on the reform ideas of the central top-level design,combined with the experience of the classification and management reform practice of judicial personnel at home and abroad,propose solutions and development ideas,and provide Shanghai with a comprehensive and deepening reform of the judicial system,especially comprehensive reforms.Theoretical support and practical reference.
