Research On Classification Management Of Court Personnel In Our Country

The judge-centered personnel classification management in our country has the feature of administrative and bureaucratic.It directly affects trial efficiency and the degree of realization of justice,resulting in a huge waste of human resources.With the deepening of judicial reform,China chose the road of the reform of personnel classification focused on the professional security system.Starting from the analysis of status quo of the current judicial reform,this paper attempts to construct a judge-centered personnel classification management mode and divide the court personnel into three sequences of judges,judicial assistants and judicial administrative personnel by highlighting research on the classification management theory and mode of the court internal staff.Based on this,promotion system and welfare system of different position ranks and duties are established and various management systems including assessment system and training system are formulated to solve many possible problems on the proportion of different sequences of personnel in the court and the management by sequence.The paper is divided into six parts:The first part is the court personnel classification management research background and the significance.The second part is the court personnel classification management related concepts and theroretical basis.The third part is the current of the people's court personnel management present situation analysis.The fifth part is the analysis of the court personnel classification management system at home and abroad.The sixth part is the suggestions to consummate the court personnel classified management.
