Research On The Cultivation Of New Professional Farmers Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

Since the reform and opening up in 1978,the rural household contract contract system has replaced the agricultural production cooperatives,which has improved the enthusiasm of farmers.Farmers have gradually solved the problem of food and clothing,and the development of agriculture has also made considerable progress.With the advancement of industrialization and urbanization,in order to obtain higher income,a large number of young and middle-aged farmers leave the countryside and enter the cities for work.The labor force in rural areas is reduced,and the surplus labor force in rural areas is generally older.The number of left-behind old people and children is increasing,and the young labor force is lost.Therefore,in order to realize rural revitalization and build a new socialist livelihood.Cultivate a team of farmers who understand agriculture,love the countryside and love the farmers."Implementing the rural revitalization strategy is a strategic plan made at the 19 th national congress of the communist party of China.Talent revitalization is of great significance to the realization of rural revitalization strategy,and the cultivation of new rural professional farmers is crucial.The cultivation of new professional farmers not only provides rural areas with talent resources,but also plays a consolidating role in the realization of poverty alleviation by 2020,so as to achieve stable and orderly poverty alleviation and prevent and reduce poverty after poverty alleviation.And new type of professional farmers cultivate can achieve rural revitalization of the strategic target,realize the great development of rural economy,realize agricultural modernization,out of the country revitalization of the road with Chinese characteristics,the overall goal of
