The Third Plenary Session of the 18th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China proposed that to enhance the credibility of the government,we should effectively change the functions of the government,innovate the administrative management mode,and promote the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity.In 2002,administrative interview appeared for the first time.Since then,as a new flexible law enforcement method,it has been widely concerned and applied in recent years.Administrative interview is an important way to build a service-oriented government and improve national governance capacity.At present,administrative interviews have been widely used in food safety,tax collection and management,environmental protection,industrial and commercial management,and achieved good results.However,as a new thing in administrative management,the nature and practice of administrative interview still have great disputes and deficiencies.Among them,the food safety administrative interview has also been widely used in practice,and encountered a lot of problems in practice,which attracted the attention of academic circles and constantly in-depth discussion.At present,there are many academic documents about the administrative interview system,but there are few authoritative documents in the field of food safety.This topic combines empirical analysis and literature analysis research methods,first of all,clarify the relevant nature and definition of food safety administrative interview.There is still a lot of controversy on the definition of administrative interview,so to understand the concept of food safety administrative interview,it is necessary to study the relevant nature and definition of administrative interview.Secondly,it looks for the typical cases of food safety administrative interviews in recent years to analyze,through the typical cases to find out its confusion in practice,and analyze the reasons for the problems.Finally,according to the above case analysis,the problems of legislation,procedure,supervision and relief existing in the practice of food safety are analyzed,and the causes of these problems are analyzed,so as to seek the way to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of administrative interview in practice.
