Nowadays,the rapid development of smart cities has solved many problems existing in the construction of traditional cities and brought great convenience to urban management and people's lives.In this context,the construction of intelligent civil air defense platform is also put on the agenda.The traditional civil air defense management mode has great limitations,such as incomplete data coverage,lack of items,insufficient data volume,and little decision support data,which have troubled civil air defense personnel.In this thesis,combined with information technology,the design and development of civil air defense point decision system in part of the function,for the construction of intelligent civil air defense provides a new solution.This thesis first combined the needs of civil air defense business,the needs of the whole system comb,and on this basis,the design of the overall architecture of the system.Each administrative region shall use the civil air defense integrated information management system to manage civil air defense data,which shall be collected by terminal equipment and uploaded by historical data.The units are synchronized,etc.The big data center regularly integrates the civil air defense data of each administrative region,conducts statistical analysis on these data,and presents them in the form of charts to realize the visualization of big data and provide support for civil air defense decisionmaking.In this system,this thesis mainly involves the following modules: basic configuration management,operation audit,civil air defense command and layer control,basic data management,public opinion management and big data decision center.Among them,the part I am responsible for in the big data-assisted decision center module has the following functions: big data warehousing,important economic target analysis,comprehensive security analysis,and civil air defense point and position decision.These modules cooperate with each other and play an important role,providing great help for daily civil air defense business processing,civil air defense command and civil air defense decision-making.In terms of technology,the system adopts B/S architecture in the overall design and runs in the civil air defense private network to ensure the security of system data.In the aspect of big data center,this system adopts Hadoop and Spark framework to store and process huge amount of data.From the perspective of system performance,the system builds distributed services during deployment to avoid the delay of request response due to high concurrency and the impact on civil air defense business.At the same time,the data server is built in the form of main and backup to ensure the reliability of the system.In terms of database,this system USES Mysql to store basic data of civil air defense,MongoDB to store public opinion information and operation logs,USES Redis as cache to reduce database pressure,and Hbase is used to integrate civil air defense data of various places to provide support for big data decision center.The research of this thesis can provide reference for the construction of intelligent civil air defense,improve the efficiency of civil air defense command and decisionmaking,and make contributions to the protection of people's lives and property safety,so it has high practical value and research significance.
