With the rise and wide application of big data,its powerful concurrent computing capabilities and data mining functions have been widely used in various industries.The development and application of big data technologies have brought opportunities and challenges to the innovation of civil air defense construction.With the help of civil air defense big data technology and key cloud platform technologies,building a civil air defense combat readiness big data platform can effectively break down the information silos of departments,open up existing data channels at all levels,systems,and fields,and build multi-channel,precise,The real-time big data system promotes the data sharing mechanism of government and military departments,effectively improving the rapid response speed and processing capacity of urban disaster response.The purpose of this thesis is to build a civil air defense readiness big data project in a province,and research and implement the design and development of a civil air defense emergency evacuation command system based on big data.The system can solve many problems such as data chaos of various types of civil air defense forces in the region,inconsistent data standards for civil air defense information in various regions,serious information islands between civil air defense departments,difficulty in multi-department collaboration,and low level of informatization in air defense and disaster prevention.The thesis first understands the current status of civil air defense data in the province,analyzes the collection requirements and the scale of civil air defense data.Based on this,the article divides the system data collection into two parts: basic air defense data collection and dynamic situation data collection.According to the characteristics of these data,this thesis designs their own collection schemes.All collected data in the system is uploaded to the big data center for mass storage.Combined with the actual needs of civil air defense readiness for big data engineering,the system has established a distributed platform big data computing center based on Spark on Yarn.It integrates a variety of technologies such as machine learning clustering algorithms,big data analysis technology,and probability distribution technology.Perform statistical analysis and data mining.The civil air defense emergency evacuation command system aims to integrate the two core modules of civil air defense data collection and big data calculation,and combines GIS spatial analysis technology and map visualization display to become a complete and mature civil air defense with integrated functions of “wartime air defense and peacetime support”.Comprehensive decision-making management platform.The platform can meet the support needs of the daily operations,command decision-making,and comprehensive protection of the civil air defense department.Civil air defense emergency evacuation command system mainly adopts B/S architecture.The system completes all-round collection and storage of civil air defense data through various forms such as terminal field collection,network information crawling,data packaging uploading,and access to other software platforms.In terms of data storage,the entire platform uses Hbase as the main method,Redis,Mysql,and MongoDB as the auxiliary methods.A combination of multiple databases ensures the safety and efficiency of data operations.For data calculation,the system uses Spark as the calculation engine.Spark is a fast general-purpose computing engine designed for large-scale data processing.It provides powerful computing capabilities based on the memory-based concurrent computing model.The research and realization of the civil air defense emergency evacuation command system can speed up the construction of civil air defense informationization,and provide effective and reliable auxiliary decision-making support for the daily emergency disaster mitigation and wartime air defense support of local civil air defense.At present,the platform has been put into use,escorting the province's civil air defense undertakings and obtaining good feedback.
