The red culture in the rural areas of Beijing suburbs is an important form of Beijing culture and an important part of the construction of the national cultural center.As an advanced culture with Chinese characteristics created by the Communist Party of China,advanced elements and the masses of the people,the red culture in the rural areas of Beijing suburbs includes material culture and intangible culture,and excavates the revolutionary spirit and heavy historical and cultural connotation contained in it.Whether it is for the construction of the National Cultural Center in Beijing,or for the realization of the rural revitalization action plan,it is of great significance.However,the construction of red culture is a complicated systematic project.From the perspective of cultural form,it is necessary to protect both the culture expressed in the material form and the culture expressed in the intangible form;from the relationship between protection and utilization See,it is necessary to focus on protection and make full use of it;from the perspective of the subject,it is necessary to use the government,village committees and social organizations,and to mobilize the enthusiasm of the villagers;from the perspective of protection and utilization,it is necessary to build a viable The mechanism of cooperation and co-governance should also achieve cultural sharing based on the focus on co-governance,and so on.This article takes the M village in Beijing as an example,on the premise of investigating the protection and utilization of red culture,using the theory of community development model,from the perspective of social work participation and intervention,to study the carrier approach,subject participation path,and protection and utilization strategies of rural red culture Recommendations etc.As an important red culture excavation area in the suburbs of Beijing,Beijing M village has unique red cultural resources and conditions for development and utilization.At present,M village has used red culture as a pillar force to promote the development of the entire village.Red culture has driven the tourism of M village Construction and development have taken an important step for the village's economic poverty alleviation.The government has also proposed an overall rural construction plan for the village,not just economic aspects.In this study,case studies,in-depth interviews,data collection methods,scale methods,and semi-structured interview methods were used to study the M village in Beijing,under the guidance of the community development model theory.Carry out research and analysis,and on the basis of the research and analysis results,participate in the exploration of red resourcesmining and inheritance in Village M.Through the intervention of social workers,6 group activities were planned under the guidance of the community development model theory.Promote the participation of the village committee,villagers,and social organizations in the protection and utilization of the red culture in M village,and promote the sustainable development of the red culture construction in M village.The study found that promoting the participation of the three parties must first be cultivated from the consciousness,which can be divided into three levels: the awareness of the protection and utilization of the red culture by the participating subjects,the participation consciousness,and the multi-party interactive participation consciousness.The subject's awareness of the protection and utilization of the red culture is mainly enhanced through the deep mining of red resources and the promotion of the red spirit;the subject's participation awareness is mainly enhanced by enhancing personal confidence and responsibility;the subject's multi-party interaction awareness is jointly promoted by the three parties The important affairs of red culture construction in village M are established.Through the participation and intervention of social workers,the village party,villagers,and social organizations have a deeper understanding of the protection and utilization of the red culture in Village M.With the strong enhancement of self-identity and sense of belonging,the main body The enthusiasm for construction has increased greatly,and the initiative has also been improved.Under the strategic background of rural construction,while providing villagers with a richer cultural space,they also feel the true meaning of the protection and utilization of the red culture of the village,and ultimately create a beautiful,harmonious,prosperous,with "red cultural connotation" Beautiful village.
