Inquiry Into Social Workers' Intervention In Community Volunteer Team Construction

Since the 18th National Congress,the Party and the government have paid more and more attention to the development of volunteer service in China.They have put forward that volunteer service should be extensively developed to promote the normal development of volunteer service.In the report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the CPC,it is proposed to strengthen the institutionalization of volunteerism,and the importance of volunteerism is emphasized from the level of consciousness.The importance of the Party and the government has become an opportunity for the construction of community volunteer team.The construction of community volunteer team effectively mobilizes the non-governmental forces to participate in social governance,which is conducive to the transformation of service-oriented government and the establishment of social spiritual civilization.At present,the main employment institutions of social workers include community service centers and community service stations under the government framework,civil society work offices,social security or social welfare-related groups and non-governmental organizations.These employment institutions mostly serve the community,and the community has become the main place for social workers to carry out professional services in China.Volunteers are important resources for social workers to carry out their work.To give full play to the professional advantages of social work in community volunteer recruitment,training,management incentives,activity planning and project operation is conducive to achieving win-win situation among social workers,community and community volunteers,expanding the field of volunteer service and deepening the depth of volunteer service.Social workers use professional methods and theories to carry out professional intervention in the construction of S community volunteer team.Social workers use professional skills of social work to establish mutual assistance relationship with community volunteers,and guide community volunteers to achieve personal growth by playing the role of guide and companion.Social workers use the theory of social work advantage perspective,attach some achievements in the construction of S community volunteer team.They have set up a community volunteer team with young community residents as the main force,student volunteers and professional volunteers as the support.A series of professional community volunteer team training activities have been carried out in combination with the professional methods and theories of social work.Based on the analysis of the development status of social workers' involvement in community volunteer team construction,this paper combines the interactive process of"social workers + volunteers"volunteer service,and puts forward some Suggestions on the shortcomings of the intervention process.Taking S community as an example,this paper divides into five chapters to explore the current situation and existing problems of social workers' involvement in community volunteer team construction.The introduction briefly introduces the selected topic reason,the research background,purpose and significance,this article USES the literature method,interview method and participatory observation three research methods to do a simple introduction,on the basic theory of this article and defining the relevant concepts,arrangement and analysis on social work intervention in home and abroad research status of the community volunteer team.Chapter one introduces the basic situation of S community and C social work service center,and analyzes the current situation of social workers'involvement in S community volunteer team construction.Chapter two elaborates the effect of social workers' involvement in community volunteer team construction.The third chapter of social workers involved in S community volunteer team construction interventional professional ability needs to improve,resources,the lack of involvement,intervention to improve effectiveness,and other major problems are summarized and analyzed,and emphasis on solving these problems to improve the social worker involvement in community volunteer team building professional and long-term is of great significance.The fourth chapter puts forward countermeasures and Suggestions for social workers to intervene in the construction of S community volunteer team from the personal level,institutional level and government level.
