Research On The Association Development Of Community Assets And Community Social Organizations

The development situation in rural areas is grim and the problems are complex.Rural social work is also constantly exploring and practicing efficient and scientific professional working mechanisms to promote the development of rural areas.With the continuous development of community work and community construction,community social organizations,as an important force involved in community development,have received more and more attention.The extensive attention in recent years has also promoted the development of community social organizations to a certain extent.However,the reality is that the lack of perfect legal stripes and industry development rules has left the development of community social organizations in a relatively backward position.In response to this problem,how to achieve the vigorous development of community social organizations has become an important issue in the process of achieving the development of rural communities.This research combines the "three district social work talent support plan" project promoted by the Ministry of Civil Affairs,based on rural social work practices,discusses a series of theoretical discussions and practical researches on the development of community assets and community social organizations based on the perspective of an asset-based development model.To promote the development of rural communities.The study records the establishment of social work services for rural institutions at the grass-roots level in the past one year,using a combination of literature research methods,questionnaire survey methods,interview methods,and participatory observation methods to explore the practice of rural social work underthe asset-based regional development model Path,focusing on the connection and impact of the interaction between community assets and community social organizations.During the development of community social work services in the H community,community assets continue to play a role in inventory and integration,improving the ability of community construction and promoting the development of community social organizations.Organizational construction promotes the revitalization and reconstruction of community assets,more potential assets are discovered and utilized,and their interaction creates initiative for community development.In the research process,as a bridge linking community assets and community social organizations,social workers need to accurately position their work roles,strengthen attention to the situation of community residents,members of community social organizations,etc.,improve work plans in a timely manner,and continuously strengthen Professional theories and methods in the service process.This research takes the asset-based development model as the theoretical basis,and explores the feasibility and effectiveness of focusing on the development of community assets and community social organizations in rural social work development projects from different perspectives.From the macro social policy background to the micro community social work practice,the practical process has changed the traditional problem-oriented service model and transformed it into an asset-based regional development model that emphasizes the advantages of the original assets.Based on the research of community assets and community social organization-related
