Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of The Government Statistical Work In Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Under The Big Data Environment

For a long time,the official data from the government statistical department has been the decision-making basis of China's macroeconomic management and regulation.Today,with the rapid development of information technology,the emergence and application of big data technology bring great challenges to traditional government statistics in system design,data production and analysis,and also provide basic conditions for improving data production and statistical efficiency.Under the environment of big data,government statistics exposed some shortcomings in the business processes of data collection and analysis,information construction,etc.Only by complying with the development law of big data environment and constantly improving the timeliness,diversity and accuracy of government statistics,can we better serve the needs of macro-economic management in the new era.This paper takes big data environment as the background,Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region government statistical work as the research object,based on the new public management theory,government process reengineering theory and the theory of rule by law,using the literature research method,comparative analysis method and case analysis method and other research methods to discuss.This paper is divided into four parts: in the introduction of the first part of the article,it introduces the significance of the topic,research overview at home and abroad,research methods;in the secondpart,it respectively introduces and analyzes the two core concepts of big data and government statistics,and through analyzing the opportunities and challenges brought by big data environment for traditional government statistics,it puts big data and government statistics into two key points.In the third part,it analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the statistical work of Inner Mongolia government under the environment of big data from the five aspects of thinking,understanding,facilities and equipment,team building,and deeply analyzes the causes.The fourth part,referring to the advanced experience and enlightenment of Zhejiang and Jiangxi government statistics in big data application,puts forward specific measures to improve the statistical work of Inner Mongolia government statistics under the big data environment.
