China-Belarus Credit And Investment Relations And Its Influence On The Development Of Belarus

The China-Belarus relations have grown to the level of so-called friendship for a quite short period of time,what brings more and more interest to them.But for less than 10 years China and Belarus speeded up their loan and investment cooperation to a very impressive level,thus,naturally,the question about cost and benefits is coming out.By analyzing some of the projects among those,which financed by China,for instance,BELGEE,Midea-Horizont,Belkali,the cost and benefits for both sides have been identified.Besides that,the drivers for Chinese investments have been analyzed by using the OLI paradigm(Dunning).By analyzing different points of view like officials,scholars and mass media the idea of potential negative impact of this investment cooperation has found a good evidence,what support the idea of the research about different kinds of impact of ChinaBelarus investment cooperation on the economy of Belarus.
