| Nowadays,international rules and multilateral cooperation system are challenged by the uncertainty of current international situation.Under such a background,the world economy growth increasingly depends on cooperation innovation and structural reform.And therefore the research on the necessity and feasibility of trilateral cooperation among China,France and Africa under “The Belt and Road”(B&R)initiative has profound realistic significance.First of all,multilateralism and “B&R” initiative are affirmed again in this paper.Considering France's special influence on Africa,it is inevitable to avoid France in the advancement of “B&R” cooperation with Africa.The author attempts to analyze the China and French's basic motivation to collaborate in Africa from many aspects,such as the strategic importance of deepening Sino-African relations under “B&R” initiative,the policies of successive French governments towards Africa,the view of French Think Tank and business sector,and then probe into the necessity and feasibility of new trilateral cooperation based on their own interests appeal.In the meanwhile,this paper takes the Republic of Congo as an example of francophone Africa on account of the influence of France in the history.Researching inexorable trend of this new cooperation model and exploring the inspirations for future trilateral cooperation development through the current status and practical example in this specific country.Finally,this research puts forward suggestions as follow: strengthening exchanges among Think Tanks from all sides,innovating financial cooperation model,drawing lesson from the successful practice and cultivating local talents in Africa.When it comes to the conclusion,the new trilateral cooperation among China,France and Africa under “B&R” initiative has undoubted necessity and feasibility.And with concerted effort of all parties,it will develop briskly in the future. |
