Research On The Function And System Adjustment Of D Scenic Spot Management Center

D scenic area is located in the southeast of downtown W,with district A in the East,district B in the west,C Town Group in the south,Ou Jiang River in the north,It involving 3 street communities in district A,as well as 3 in district B,1 town in City C,and 3 streets in district J.it has two provincial scenic spots and two city level scenic spots.It is an important ecological safety barrier for city W and the core element of building "landscape city" in city W.since 2008,D scenic area has undergone five management adjustments,which are in the charge of the earliest territorial Government,managed by J group,and then managed by s Management Committee.In October 2019 it experienced the latest institutional adjustment,and made major adjustments to functions and systems.However,there are still many problems in the implementation process,which need constant adjustment and improvement.This study takes the administrative division theory as theoretical basis,through looking up the data,analyzing the system and institutional setting of other similar scenic spots administration,and studying the rationality and irrationality of its existence.At the same time,by the case study of the function and system adjustment of D Scenic area Management Bureau,this paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the adjustment scheme,puts forward the improvement path,improves the management ability,and provides reference for other city and places.
