Research On Problems And Countermeasures Of Social Work Institutions To Build Community Social Organizations

China is in the critical period of transformation,and various social problems emerge in endlessly.The main contradiction of society has also been transformed into the contradiction between the increasing material and cultural needs of the people and the insufficient and unbalanced development,and the social contradictions have gradually accumulated.How to effectively resolve social conflicts and solve various social problems has become a huge challenge for today's society,which not only tests the wisdom of the ruling people,but also requires the extensive participation of the society.As an important part of social forces,community social organizations will play an active role in solving social contradictions and problems.As a part of social power system,social work institutions and social organizations are closely related to social organizations,and have their own professional theory and method guidance,which can give full play to their specialties and advantages in the cultivation of community social organizations.The government can cooperate with institutions by purchasing services and entrust social work institutions to cultivate social organizations,so as to help the development of community social organizations.Social work institutions,through undertaking government projects,cultivate various types of community social organizations,assist social organizations in filing and registering,and improve their service capabilities.However,social work institutions are not omnipotent,and there are difficulties in cultivating social organizations,which is not conducive to the expansion of social organizations and the improvement of service quality.Therefore,the author intends to take social work institutions as the research object to find the methods and measures to solve the problem.In recent years,l social work organization has been selected as the provincial excellent social work organization for many times,and has performed well in the social organization cultivation of community social organizations.Therefore,this paper takes l organization as the research sample,adopts in-depth interview and participatory observation method to investigate l social work organization,introduces the basic situation of the organization,and on this basis,analyzes the cultivation process of the organization in detail,including the objectives This paper analyzes the whole cultivation mechanism and dynamic process of social work institutions from three dimensions of standard,cultivation path and characteristics,and illustrates thecultivation projects that the author participated in,and uses the theory of social system to analyze the difficulties and causes of social work institutions' Cultivation of community social organizations from three perspectives of institution level,community social organization level and government level.Through the investigation and research,we find that there are some problems in the cultivation of community social organizations in social work institutions at present: institutional level,lack of professional institutions,lack of internal drive of social workers;community social organization level,lack of sense of mission,lack of full-time personnel;government,too many administrative tasks,lack of government support.Finally,based on the findings of the survey,this paper proposes countermeasures to solve the dilemma of social work institutions in cultivating community social organizations,which are as follows: at the institutional level,to introduce and cultivate social work talents,to enhance work enthusiasm;at the community social organization level,to enhance the sense of mission of social organizations,to absorb full-time personnel in various ways;at the government level,to reduce administrative intervention,and to increase support of government.
