Research On Problems And Countermeasures Of The Implementation Of Young Pioneers' Community Activities

Children and adolescents are the future and hope of the motherland.General Secretary Xi Jinping put forward 70 th anniversary young pioneers' team: "young pioneers should grow from the vanguard of primary schools and grow up as pioneers in the era of national rejuvenation." The education of young pioneers is of great significance to the growth of young children.In the latest key points of work of young pioneers in 2019,it is mentioned that schools should actively use community and "five elders" and parents' resources,develop and implement practical project activity carriers,promote the organized practical experience of Young Pioneers,guide young pioneers to contact society,understand the times,learn and experience political participation and social participation.(ZSF [2019] No.1).At present,the community activities of the primary school young pioneers are paid more and more attention by the state.The community activities of the primary school young pioneers are not only conducive to the healthy growth of children,but also an effective way to cultivate the comprehensive quality of children.At present,the implementation of community activities of the primary school young pioneers is affected and restricted by many factors.The content of community activities of the primary school young pioneers is generally single,the way of activities is not diverse enough,the guiding team is relatively weak,and the integration and utilization of community resources is not perfect.This study uses questionnaire and interview to investigate three primary schools in Taiyuan.The questionnaire is designed from six dimensions: organization construction,guiding team,position resource utilization,service guarantee,activity content and activity evaluation.The purpose of this study is to analyze the problems existing in the implementation of communityactivities of Young Pioneers,analyze the causes of the problems,and propose the implementation of community activities of young pioneers in primary schools' improvement measures.The first part introduces the research background and problems,including the current research status and significance;the second part introduces the research methods and ideas,as well as the composition of the survey object;the third part takes three primary schools in Taiyuan as the survey object to investigate the current situation of the community activities of the young pioneers;the fourth part from the activity design,organization and construction,activity content,counseling team The fifth part analyzes the causes from family,community and school;the sixth part puts forward the improvement strategies from the seven dimensions of activity design,organization construction,activity content,counseling team,resource utilization,service guarantee and activity evaluation to provide reference for the development.
