A Study On The Application Of Community Resources In The Young Pioneers Activities

Since the foundation of new China,the Chinese Young Pioneers have played an important role in basic education.The essential task for the Young Pioneers education is to cultivate constructors and successors for the socialist undertaking with Chinese characteristic.The Young Pioneers activities are the basic way of the Young Pioneers education and the core of the Young Pioneers' organization.Their innovation not only rely on the school,but also break the shackles of the school wall,and obtain development in the community.The unique resource environment in the community provides an important support for the innovation of the Young Pioneers and the growth of the Young Pioneers.Therefore,the application of community resources in the activities of primary school Young Pioneers has great value for the innovation of the Young Pioneers activities,the dissemination of excellent spiritual culture,and the comprehensive development of the Young Pioneers.Based on the author's participation in the research of Chengdu Kuanxiangzi community,this paper analyzes the current situation,problems and causes of community resources in the activities of primary school young pioneers,absorbs the advanced experience of community activities of children's organization at home and abroad,and puts forward optimization suggestions.strive to combine the Young Pioneers activities with the community resource,combine the community,the school with the Young Pioneers to promote the Young Pioneers' organization to play its unique educational functions and give play to the role of community education in building a learning society.First of all,this study takes the case of Kuanxiangzi community as an example,and adopts case study law,document reading law and inquiring into law to gain an in-depth understanding of the application of community resources in the Young Pioneers activities.The results show that there is still room for growth in combination with the Young Pioneers activities.In terms of the subject consciousness,there is a low level of overall consciousness of the social subject,the lack of execution of the combination of community resources and the Young Pioneers activities;In terms of investment,there are characteristics such as lower investment,unreasonable input distribution;In terms of application form,it shows that the application of community resources in the activities of the Primary Young Pioneers is relatively simple;In terms of Management,There is a lack of specialized activity management agencies,and the community and school management functions are chaotic.Secondly,it analyzes the reasons for the problems of community resources in the activities of primary school Young Pioneers.The main reasons are as follows: The lack of emphasis on the integration of community resources into the Young Pioneers activities.In the performance of the social atmosphere,professional team building and security guarantees;the management system is not perfect and the management functions are not clear;the Young Pioneers,schools and communities have not formed a synergy.It shows the characteristics of a single form of cooperation and lack of common planning and evaluation of activities.Finally,analyzing the problems and causes,on the basis of excellent experience of the community activities of children's organization at home and abroad,the countermeasures for the application of community resources in the activities of Primary Young Pioneers are proposed: Strengthening awareness education,increasing the emphasis on community resources integration into the Young Pioneers activities;strengthening management to play its role in promoting the application of community resources;cooperating with other departments to strengthen the construction of the Young Pioneers volunteer team;integrating community resources and enriching the activities contents And forms;increasing publicity and encouraging the public participation.
