School bullying is a worldwide problem.According to The Global Report of School Bullying released by UNESCO in 2017,there are nearly 246 million children and teenagers suffering from school bullying every year.This shows that school bullying exists in all countries around the world.The forms of school bullying and the theory of school bullying are different because of the different cultural background and national conditions.School bullying is a hurtful behavior that it carried out by the bully to the victim.This behavior has a serious negative impact on the study and life of the bullied.The bullying behavior of the bully violates the legal rights of the victim such as the right to life and health,the right of personal dignity,the right of privacy and the right of portrait.Bullying behavior has a negative impact on the healthy growth of the bullied.Therefore,it is necessary to deal with school bullying.The governance of school bullying is inseparable from law,and the legislation of school bullying plays an important role in the process of governing school bullying.However,as far as China's current situation is concerned,there are some deficiencies in the legislation of school bullying in China,and there are also some problems in the legal governance of school bullying.China's legislation on school bullying is not perfect,and school bullying prevention mechanism is not perfect,and school bullying coping mechanism,and school bullying relief mechanism is not perfect.These problems have a certain impact on the legal governance of school bullying.The legal governance of school bullying needs to improve the school bullying legislation,improve school bullying prevention mechanism,improve school bullying coping mechanism,improve school bullying relief mechanism.The legal governance of school bullying needs to form a trinity governance model that integrates prevention mechanism,response and treatment mechanism and rescue mechanism on the basis of law.This paper consists of four chapters.The first chapter discusses the research background,the significance of the topic,the research status at home and abroad,the main contents and methods of the research.The second chapter discusses the four aspects: the definition ofschool bullying legal governance,the characteristics of school bullying legal governance,the governance links of school bullying legal governance,and the necessity of school bullying legal governance.The third chapter discusses the current situation of Chinese school bullying legislation,the way of deal with school bullying,and the problems of Chinese school bullying legal governance.The fourth chapter puts forward the corresponding improvement measures for the problems existing in the legal governance of school bullying in China.
