Campus bullying refers to deliberate attacks,manipulations,or exclusions that occur between students through physical or cyber means.Because of its strong concealment and heavy damage,it has caused great harm and influence to the physical and mental health of minors.At present,China has not specifically introduced special laws for the bullying incidents in schools.In practice,it can only be punished according to the school's bullying behaviors,which may involve minors ' intentional injury,trouble shooting,insults,and insults.A considerable portion of bullying cannot be punished.To form a unified and systematic system for handling juvenile delinquency and criminal acts.Therefore,it is necessary to introduce laws specifically targeting school bullying,regulate the procedures for dealing with bullying incidents on the campus,clarify the responsibilities of related parties,and improve related supporting systems.This article discusses the connotation and form of campus bullying,and combines the actual conditions of bullying in our country,and emphasizes the necessity of legal treatment of bullying in schools.By analyzing the current legislation and countermeasures of our country's campus bullying,we pointed out the problems existing in the legal governance of school bullying.The comparative method is used to investigate the law of bullying in the United States.It is suggested that China should introduce a special school bullying method as soon as possible and improve the existing work-reading schools and community correction systems,and build a governance mechanism for bullying on campus so as to improve and improve the legal treatment of bullying in schools.
