Research On The Ways To Improve The System Of Government Information Disclosure In The New Era

With the development of participatory democracy in the middle of the 20 th century,the government information disclosure system has also emerged on a global scale.Various countries have conducted theoretical and practical exploration and research around the issue of information disclosure.Information resource sharing has also become a universal trend worldwide.In the globalization of the 21 st century,with the development of information technology,the degree of openness of government information has become an important indicator to measure the scientific management level of a country,and also an important criterion for evaluating the degree of political civilization of a country.Scientifically understanding the inherent inevitability of government information disclosure and exploring the effective operation mechanism of information disclosure under the background of government governance model are topics that need to be studied in depth in the process of national governance modernization.In 2019,the State Council carried out the first revision more than 10 years after the implementation of the “Regulations on Government Information Disclosure of the People's Republic of China”(hereinafter referred to as the“Regulations”),which is based on the actual development of the appropriate debugging of the government information disclosure system,and also to adapt to future information resources.The degree of openness puts forward higher requirements.The revision of the "Regulations" marks a new stage in the development of government information disclosure in our country.The new "Regulations" conform to the political transformation of China's current democratization and modernization.The overall thinking is clear and has outstanding highlights,especially in the revision.The establishment of the principle of disclosure has laid a solid institutional foundation for the in-depth advancement of government information disclosure in China.Taking this as an opportunity,combined with Xi Jinping's new era socialism with Chinese characteristics,we will continue to promote the openness of administrative activities,protect citizens' right to know,and encourage the participation of multiple subjects in the country's governance activities.The benign interaction between the government and citizens,and then build a system of government information disclosure system under democratic politics.This article uses the literature research method,analytical synthesis method and comparative analysis method to discuss the development status and difficulties faced by government information disclosure in the context of national governance capabilities and governance system modernization,and how to effectively play the role of government information disclosure in reality.Transform government functions,advance the reform of the administrative system,and create a fair,just,clean,and efficient service-oriented government.The thesis first expounds the relevant theories of government information disclosure on the basis of combing the research status of government information disclosure system at home and abroad,and combines with the evolution of China's government information disclosure system,the problems and reasons faced by our government information disclosure in the new period The analysis finally aimed at the problems and dilemmas,and put forward the basic strategies of perfecting the government information disclosure system of our country on the three levels of concept,system and technology.
