Research On The Quality Of Community Home Care Service In Shijiazhuang City

Currently,with the deepening of the aging degree in China,the shortage of social endowment resources caused by insufficient institutional endowment facilities and high operating costs and the weakening of family endowment function caused by the "4-2-1" family structure are prominent,which leads to severe pension pressure in China.As the most suitable mode for the elderly,home-based community care has absorbed the advantages of home-based care and community-based care,and made up for the lack of functions of home-based care and institutional care,which has gradually become a practical choice for the elderly.The so-called community home care refers to the elderly living at home or day care in the community home care service center,by relatives and friends,qualified third-party pension institutions or service centers to provide rehabilitation,life care,housekeeping,care and other services.As a kind of socialized service,the implementation effect of community home care service directly affects the perception of the service quality of the elderly,which is related to everyone's later life.However,the current research on service quality is not enough.Therefore,this paper conducts research on the quality of community home-based elderly care service,designs a quality evaluation model,and understands the current quality level of community home-based elderly care service in Shijiazhuang,so as to promote the development of public services and improve the elderly's life quality contribution to the theoretical value and practical help.Firstly,this paper adopts the method of literature research to define the concepts of community home care service and service quality,and lays the theoretical foundation for improving the quality of community home care service from the perspectives of maslow's hierarchy of needs theory,social support theory and welfare diversification theory.Secondly,based on the previous experience,the applicability of SERVQUAL model in the evaluation of community home-based care service quality was analyzed,and the specific indicators of SERVQUAL scale were rewritten according to the situation,the guarantee dimension was removed,the economic dimension was added,and the quality evaluation index system ofcommunity home-based care service in Shijiazhuang city was designed.On this basis,the quality evaluation model is built to meet the characteristics of Shijiazhuang city,and the service items,evaluation dimensions and evaluation criteria were defined to form a questionnaire.Thirdly,considering the different regional community home endowment service development degree differ,the residents over 60 years old receiving community home care services in chang 'an district,qiaoxi district,yuhua district and xinhua district with relatively complete development degree in Shijiazhuang were selected as the research objects,and the data were collected,and quantitative evaluation was conducted with the help of SPSS23.0 statistical software and AMOS24.0 structural model.Finally,based on the analysis data and combined with the survey results,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the quality problems and causes of home-based elderly care services in communities in shijiazhuang city,and then proposes targeted solutions to improve the quality of the elderly's life in order to truly realize the "enjoyment of the elderly".
