Research On The Quality Of Community Home Care Service In Wuhan City

With the development of the society and the increasing degree of population ageing,society,family endowment pressure further increase,family endowment function gradually weakening,institutional pension qualification not neat,community endowment patterns that occupy the home becomes very good choice to solve the problem of pension service in China,old people can live in a familiar environment,and can enjoy professional pension service,wide attention from society.As a kind of socialized service,the quality of community home-based care service supply not only directly affects the elderly’s perception of community home-based care service quality evaluation,but also relates to the long-term development of China’s community home-based care model is an important factor.However,the current research on the quality of community home care service is not enough.Therefore,this paper takes Wuhan City as an example to carry out an empirical study on the quality of care service.This paper first defines the concept of community home care service,and based on the hierarchy of needs theory,welfare pluralism and SERVPERF model,establishes the community home care service quality model and evaluation index system on the basis of summarizing previous studies.Then,taking Wuhan as an example,12 communities were selected to investigate the elderly,and factor analysis was used to verify the applicability of the evaluation model of community home-based care service quality,and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to comprehensively evaluate the care service in Wuhan.Finally,based on the empirical results and interview data,the existing problems are analyzed and the countermeasures to improve the quality of Wuhan old-age service are put forward.The results show that:(1)the elderly community home endowment service quality in wuhan the overall score of 3.550 points,four major pension service quality differences,which helps the highest service quality evaluation,3.596 points,3.564 points,the second is to help clean service is to help medical service again 3.558 points,minimum help meal service quality evaluation,and only 3.498 points;(2)From the dimension of service quality,the elderly have the highest evaluation of the four kinds of elderly care services in the dimension of empathy,followed by responsiveness,reliability,courtesy and tangibility.According to the empirical results,it is found that there are still shortcomings in the service quality of home care in Wuhan,such as low awareness of service,rich content of care,low comprehensive quality of service personnel,imperfect facilities,etc.In order to promote the optimization of service quality,on the basis of drawing research conclusions,this paper further puts forward suggestions to improve the quality of community home care service.First,it is necessary to strengthen publicity and expand the service scope.Second,to enhance the service level,improve the community home care service system;Third,to strengthen the construction of human resources,improve the comprehensive quality of personnel;Fourth,we will strengthen financial support for old-age services.
