On City Community Worker Team Building Status Quo And Strategy Analysis

With the rapid development of economy and society,social structure,culture,demand,lifestyles and many other aspects have been gradually experiencing profound changes.Now,China is undergoing a historic transformation in social governance and community work.Community work has become increasingly important as a community could hold all kinds of social problems and conflicts.As key personnel undertaking heavy community work,community workers are confronted with mounted workload and miscellaneous tasks.They are at the forefront in serving people and playing a key part in improving citizens' welfare and furthering community's development.Thus it carries great importance to strengthen community worker team building.Taking YK community in Chang Chun city as an example,first of all,this paper starts with an analysis on the background and significance of this theme as well as that on relevant documents and theories,based on which our study direction and methods are fixed.Second,this paper elaborates on community worker team building status quo through investigation into and analysis on personnel background,recruitment,training,appraisal and incentive system construction.On this basis,this paper carries out intensive study and in-depth analysis of team building status of YK community in Chang Chun city by focusing on current problems and root causes from the aspects of personnel composition,work assignment,admission and resignation system,personnel performance appraisal,compensation and benefits as well as promotion mechanism.Finally,recommendations are made for further improvement of community worker team building of YK community in Chang Chun city,that are standardizing management system,well managing recruitment process,constructing checkout system,increasing staff benefits,improving performanceappraisal,focusing on individual development and many other aspects.This paper is not only of great importance to the building of community workers of YK community in Chang Chun city but also of great value to other communities in Chang Chun and even other areas.
