In recent years,China has made solid progress in the key work of poverty alleviation.In the process of going deep into the rural communities to find out the specific situation,promoting the steady progress of poverty alleviation,and paying attention to and improving people's livelihood,the group of children in rural difficulties has attracted more and more attention,which requires the government to attach great importance to it and people from all walks of life to help.Based on this study the author in the countryside elementary education work practice for a long time,according to the author's fang town center elementary school contact to rural children's plight as the study group,combined with literature research,on-the-spot investigation method and case analysis,in-depth analysis of fang town central primary school of the current situation of rural children difficulties and needs,intervention by the method of case work fang town rural children difficulties,summary and evaluation and reflection case and intervention of social work intervention process as a result,put forward about the countermeasures and Suggestions to solve the problem of rural children difficulties.Firstly,the author introduces the situation of the central primary school in fang town,heyang county and its children in difficulties,and selects key cases of project services to describe and analyze its basic situation and external environment.Secondly,this paper USES the ecosystem theory as a perspective to analyze the client's demand for services by going deep into the client's microscopic,mesoscopic and macroscopic system.In the micro system,rural children with difficulties have psychological counseling,school counseling,habit formation,interpersonal communication and other needs.In the middle system,the needs of children in rural areas are mainly parent-child relationship coordination and economic assistance.In the macro system,the urgent needs of rural children in distress are network support and resource links.Thirdly,this paper selects xiaogang in the rescue project as a case,and USES the professional methods and skills of individual social work to intervene in the individual,family,school,community and other aspects contained in the social ecosystem to illustrate the professional role of individual social work in alleviating the plight of rural children.Finally,this study evaluated and reflected the intervention process and intervention effect of the whole case.The evaluation is still carried out from the perspective of three levels of ecosystem theory,and the reflection is mainly divided into themethod reflection of individual social work involving in children with multiple difficulties and the reflection of sustainable development of children with difficulties from the perspective of ecosystem theory.The author summarizes the experience of using ecosystem theory to carry out social work practical intervention,and puts forward the following three main countermeasures and Suggestions to alleviate the plight of rural children in distress:establishing the prevention system of rural children in distress;To construct the social support network for children in rural difficulties;We will establish a home-school-community-social worker linkage mechanism.
