The group of left-behind children has always been the focus of social attention.Both the government and the community have devoted a lot of care to this huge group and continuously improved their situation.As the largest province in terms of population mobility,Sichuan Province has a very large number of left-behind children in rural areas.As of 2016,the number of left-behind children in Sichuan has reached more than 1 million.Since 2010,the Sichuan Provincial Party Committee and Provincial Government have incorporated the care for left-behind children into the province's people's livelihood project,adopted a social joint construction method to build a home for left-behind children,and established a special fund for care for left-behind children.According to the author's investigation,Xinmin Town Government of Xindu District highly values the left-behind children in this town,but through the author's visit and investigation,it can be found that despite the government' s investment of a lot of power,there is still no effective solution to the problems of intergenerational rearing of left-behind children.There is a practical need for professional social work intervention.Therefore,It is theoretical and practical significance for froming the perspective of social learning theory,social work involved in the study of intergenerational rearing of left-behind children in rural areas,exploring and summarizing patterns of intervention and characteristics,is very important for improving the model of social work involved in rural left-behind children and fully promoting the work of caring for left-behind children.This article is based on the "Grow Together" care for left-behind children project in Xindu District,Chengdu City,Sichuan Province,and takes the local left-behind children and their ancestor guardians as the main subjects of research.It uses social learning theory to analyze problems,evaluate needs,and design team activities.Using the theory,methods of social work,the issue of intergenerational rearing of left-behind children in X Town is studied.In the study,it was found that the problems existing in the intergenerational rearing of the children left behind are mainly manifested in the fact that the concept of rearing is relatively backward,the style of rearing is more extreme,and the content of education is one-sided.Through the use of social learning theory to carry out eight groups of activities,the ancestors learned the scientific knowledge of education,the concept of education has changed,gradually changed the radical manner of education,pay attention to the communication with the child,the interaction between the grandparents and grandchildren increased,feelings More intimacy,the pattern of getting along has been improved.Finally,through evaluation,it is concluded that professional social work can play an important role in the intergenerational education of left-behind children in rural areas.It also has irreplaceable advantages.At the same time,it summarizes and discusses actual interventions,trying to involve professional left-behind children in rural areas.The generation education research provides references.
