Research On Emergency Management Of Radio Emergency In Anhui Province

Radio emergency is an abrupt event caused by radio device,or by interference,interruption or damage to radio-related device which may or has caused great social impact.In recent years,with the rapid development of society and the accelerated popularization of radio technology,radio emergencies has become increasingly frequent.The common radio emergencies are as follows: 1.disturbance of aircraft signals caused by interference or interruption of civil aviation radio communications;2.interference or interruption of the mobile communication network caused by illegal radio signals;3.interference of major diplomatic activities,political meetings,festivals or other activities caused by radio frequency;4.using radio devices to do illegal cheating in major examination;5.fraudulent crime through the “black broadcast” or false base station;6.affection on radio communication network events by forest fire,flood disaster,volcanic eruption,earthquake and tsunami and other natural disasters;7.disruption or interruption military network communications caused by illegal signals.In recent years,radio technology has increasingly penetrated into our life,which plays an important role in all aspects of China's economic development.Therefore,the safety of various industries is closely related to the reliability of radio technology.The security of radio technology will not only affect the property safety of citizens,but also the stability of society.Due to the serious and even fatal effects caused on radio communications through these emergencies,the study of radio emergency management has a very important and far-reaching significance.With the continuous advancement of technology and the development of the network,our residents has been inseparable from radio technology.Many publics are part of the radio network,occupying their respective frequency bands.In terms of each frequency band,the safety problem is relatively minor,but the overall safety problem of radio will have a very serious impact on the safety and social problems of the whole country.Various advanced radio-related equipment is the most critical example,proving the development of radio in society.On the one hand,the emergence of radio equipment reflects the progress of the society;on the other hand,it also means that radio emergencies are more frequent,and the role of radio managers will be more important.Ensuring the safety of radio communication has become a new mission for radio managers.Radio administrator,as an effective maintenance of the order of air waves,shall maintain social stability and the safety of people's lives and property.It is the time that the ability of radio management emergency should be tested.Therefore,how to do a good job in radio event emergency management in Anhui Province is a key and difficult problem in front of radio management workers.This paper introduces the contents and countermeasures of radio emergency management from six aspects.The first part mainly introduces the significance and purpose of emergency management of radio emergency from both theoretical and practical aspects,the research status at home and abroad,summarizes the research status of the subject at home and abroad,and lists the main theories and viewpoints of the major scholars.This part also reviews the main content of the research as well as the methods and ideas applied in this paper.The second part mainly summarizes the concept and main tasks of management of radio emergency,and describes the related concepts,characteristics and classification of sudden crisis events through specific cases and data analysis.The third part analyzes the current situation of emergency management of radio emergencies in Anhui Province through organizational system,operational mechanism and safeguard measures.This paper introduces the basic situation of radio management in Anhui Province,analyzes the types of emergency management of radio emergencies in Anhui Province,and proposes measures related to emergency management of radio emergencies in Anhui Province.The fourth part summarizes and analyzes the problems existing in the emergency management of emergencies in Anhui Province and analyzes the problems in emergency management of radio emergencies based on specific cases and data.The fifth part introduces some foreign practices on emergency management of radio emergencies and concludes the excellent experience.It also expresses impact and enlightenment brought to China based on foreign experience.The sixth part proposes feasible countermeasures for the emergency management of radio emergencies in Anhui Province.From the aspects of perfect system,crisis early warning,emergency response and social publicity,the corresponding countermeasures are proposed to improve the emergency management of radio emergency in our province.Radio management has a high degree of professionalism,but low social awareness.In this study,government functions on radio management will be reviewed and introduced.Through problem analysis and a series of comparisons of relevant case data and the current radio emergency management in Anhui Province,countermeasures and Suggestions will be put forward,focusing on the emergency management system and stages of crisis warning,emergency response and publicity strengthening.In this case will we improve the ability so that the radio emergency management research in Anhui Province will enter a new era.With the height of radio management improved and the strength of radio safety ensured,the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation will be promoted.It is also hoped that this research can improve the emergency management level of radio technology.
