Urban Area Of Z City, From 2015 To 2018 Empirical Investigation Report On Juvenile Delinquency

Through the analysis of the samples of juvenile delinquency in the urban area of Z City from 2015 to 2018,the following viewpoints or suggestions are extracted.In the aspect of the subject of the crime,the juvenile delinquency shows the characteristics of the decrease of the age of the personnel,the prominent phenomenon of the juvenile delinquency in the field,and the large number of minors with low academic qualifications and so on.In the aspect of the means of crime,it presents the characteristics of violent means of committing crimes,teamwork of crime methods,intelligent promotion of crime methods,and so on.In the aspect of criminal locations,it presents the characteristics of frequent crime around campus and entertainment places,increasing crime in rural-urban fringe,and so on.In the aspect of charges,Juvenile delinquency is mainly the property crime,and it is characterized by high number of crimes of disturbing social order,the frequent occurrence of drug crimes,and so on.As for the causes,in terms of the psychology,minors have weak energy regulation ability,strong plasticity but weak identification ability,serious rebellious psychology and gradually mature sexual development.In terms of family environment,the poor family atmosphere,incomplete family structure and improper family education mode have a negative impact on minors' social development.In terms of schools,the deviated educational concept,teaching content is not comprehensive,the unreasonable educational structure,and some teachers with psychological problems,which affect the effect of educating people.At the legal level,light punishment and confusion in social investigation of minors,an imperfect system of community correction for minors have affected the effect of crime prevention.In terms of social factors,improper guidance of values,inadequate supervision of the cultural market,negligence of relevant departments in performing their duties and other factors are not conducive to the growth of minors.According to the characteristics and causes of juvenile delinquency in urban areas of this city,it is suggested to strengthen psychological counseling for minors,constantly optimize the family environment,constantly improve school education,constantly improve the relevant legal system,and strive to build a socialized prevention and control system.
