Crime Prevention And Treatment Of Minors In Henan Province

Nowadays, juvenile crime has become the drug abuse and environmental pollution, one of the three major hazards are global. In recent years, the problem of juvenile crime in China has become increasingly prominent, affects the social stability and economic and social development, strengthening of minors has become crime prevention and correction of crunch time. At present, although the domestic and foreign experts and scholars on the problem of juvenile delinquency has many research results, however, is focused on theoretical exploration, and focuses on the practical work, for the research on juvenile crime causes is not deep enough, for the prevention and treatment of juvenile delinquency is a lack of profound analysis and design system. The author of this paper in the framework of public management theory, reading a lot of literatures at home and abroad, and combined with their own actual work, deep into the minor offenders detained for investigation and interview, on the basis of deep analysis of the characteristics and causes of juvenile crime, objectively pointed out the existence of juvenile delinquency prevention and treatment the problems, and how to more effective prevention and correction of juvenile crime and put forward a series of opinions and suggestions. The value of this paper lies not only in the views and suggestions, but also is the author’s innovation in research perspective and research methods. In the research perspective, to study the problem of crime of minors using public organization theory creatively, which further extends the research and analysis of juvenile crime, vision and boundary, deeply analyzes the internal and external factors leading to minors embark on the path of crime. In the study, the author used questionnaires and interviews to collect the relevant empirical data, which provides the reliable theory support for the view of the demonstration, but also promote the transformation of juvenile crime research from qualitative to quantitative research.
