Research On The Current Situation And Measures Of Primary Levels Civil Servants' Training In Xi'an Xin Cheng Area

The training of civil servants is the most significant way to improve the overall quality of civil servants.It can be witnessed that we promote the scientific development,institutionalization and standardized training of civil servants,the deepening improvement of the qualities of civil servants are qualified with efficient effect..However,with the rapid development of China's economy and social life,a lot of problems still need to be solved in civil service training,especially the training of civil servants at primary levels.It has been highly concerned academically and practically that how to advance the training of civil servants at primary levels.Through the study of the training situation of civil servants in Xi'an New Town District,this paper shows main problems existing in the training system of civil servants at primary levels,including the less training opportunities for them,low satisfaction with the training content,traditional stereotypical training formats,the lack of attention on the assessment and evaluation and facilities aren't up to par,etc.This paper puts forward some suggestions on the change of educational concepts,mastering the training content according to the trainees,innovating the training method,perfecting the training appraisal system and enriching the training institution,perfecting the corresponding feasibility of the system mechanism.I will text is divided into five parts,Part 1 focuses on the research background and significance,ideas and methods of research.The relevant concepts and theoretical system of civil service training will be discovered in the second part,the third part clarifies the current situation of civil service training in Xi'an New Town District,and the fourth part summarizes the problems and reasons of civil service training in the Xi'an New Town District.The fifth part proposes the corresponding solution and suggestions.
