The harmonious and stable labor relations is the stabilizer for social and economic developme nt,which is related to steady economic growth,social fairness and justice,and overall harmony and stability.Labor security supervision and law enforcement is an important measure for the state to empower the human resources and social security administrative departments to protect the rights and interests of laborers,regulate laborers' employment behaviors,and promote the harmony of labor relations.Improving the efficiency of labor inspection and law enforcement is of great significance for maintaining the harmony and stabi lity of labor relations.Labor security supervision and law enforcement is the human resources and social security administrative departments in accordance with the provisions of laws and regulations for enterprises and individual industrial and commercial households;employment agencies,vocational skills training institutions and vocational skills assessment and appraisal institutio ns;state organs,institutions,social groups;Operators have labor and employment behaviors,comply with and enforce labor laws and regulations,conduct supervision and inspection,and give law enforcement activities such as correcting and administrative punishment for violation s.In practice,labor security supervision and enforcement faces many problems such as weak law enforcement team,imperfect legal regulations,lack of enforcement power,and weak law enforcement cooperation,which seriously affects the efficiency of labor security supervision.Based on this,this paper believes that it should build a harmonious labor security supervision and enforcement system in China by focusing on the construction of labor security supervisio n and law enforcement teams,improving relevant laws,regulations and rules,moderately increasing labor security supervision and enforcement measures,and improving joint cooperation mechanisms among various departments,Making labor security supervision better serve the economic and social development and play the role of a firefighter.
