With the continuous advancement of urbanization,the number and complexity of urbanization problems have been increasing,which has brought enormous challenges to urban management.The emergence and development of digital technology has brought new challenges and opportunities to urban management.Relying on the traditional urban management model can no longer meet the requirements of the masses for high-quality public space;different from the traditional model,digital city management relies on the network,realizes the problem of coordinated disposal through the command center,realizes the normal operation and development of the city,and improves the efficiency of urban management.According to the deployment requirements of the“Digital City Management Model Construction Guidelines”(2009)of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development,government departments must exert the power of the masses.To introduce the power of public participation into digital city management,we need to increase the willingness of the public to participate.First,we must realize the importance of public participation in digital city management.Secondly,we must build a smooth digital city management public participation platform.Finally,we must improve the digital city management volunteer service.Participate in the system.By increasing the willingness of the public to participate and increase the public participation rate,the city's management level will be improved and a comfortable and livable environment will be created.This paper on the concept of digital urban management,public participation and so on,using the new public service,and the theory of planned behavior,the concept of public administration,through the methods of questionnaire,on-the-spot investigation,to wenzhou ouhai district ZeYa town as an example,on the present situation of public participation in the town of digital city management were analyzed,and analyses the effect of the practice of public participation in the digital city management,through the questionnaire and the descriptive analysis of thecurrent public participation in the digital city management of the will of the status quo,using SPSS software,test the reliability and validity of the questionnaire,Single-factor variance analysis and independent sample t-test were used to study the influence of individual characteristics on the public's willingness to participate in digital city management,and correlation analysis and linear regression were used to analyze the influence of public participation awareness,volunteer service and public participation channels on the public's willingness to participate.Finally,the paper puts forward Suggestions and measures to enhance public participation in digital city management in zeya town from three aspects:enhancing public participation awareness,improving voluntary services and expanding service channels.
