Study On Wenzhou Longwan Public Willingness Of Participation In Urban Management

The Fifth Plenum of the 18 th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China put forward strengthening and innovating social governance,promoting refined social governance,and building a pattern of social governance shared by all the people.We should give priority to the public participation in social governance,grant the public with the right to problem-solving of their own,give full play to the public ownership and inspire people to participate independently.The government ought to serve as a direction guider,try hard to improve the efficiency of management and guarantee the lawful rights of the general public.Only by combing both to supplement each other,can we make our homeland a more secure place,and get our city management work adapt to the rapid development of social environment..Public participation in urban management can monitor the operation of public power and promote the government to improve management efficiency.It has become the hotspot concerned by the whole society as to how to improve the public participation positivity in urban management,and enhance the public participation rate.With the influencing factors of public willingness of participation in urban management as the main clue,this paper explores the factors influencing public participation in urban management,to find out the reasons for the low public willingness of participation in urban management,so as to put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.Based on extensive reading of public participation,urban management and other related literature,combined with practical cases and the work the author is responsible for,it proposes positive meaning of public participation in urban management.On the basis of the willingness related literature research and related theories,this paper sorts out the influencing factors of public participation in urban management,and puts forward the factors influencing public willingness of participation in urban management combined with the present situation of urban management in China.It adopts questionnaire method and makes a case study of Wenzhou Longwan,issues questionnaire on public willingness of participation in urban management to make empirical research.The author used SPSS22.0 software to analyze the questionnaire recycled,and verify the verifiable indicators constitution of the reliability and validity of the questionnaire;analyze the current status of public willingness of participation in urban management;analyze the impact of demographic variables on the willingness of participation through independent-samples T test and one-way variance;analyze the impact of different indicators on public willingness of participation in urban management through correlation analysis and regression analysis.Finally,on the basis of the research results,the author puts forward some suggestions on how to improve public willingness of participation from the government perspective: reduce public participation costs,actively cultivating civic awareness(sense of responsibility,subject consciousness,awareness of rights),Enhance the credibility of the government,improving the image of urban management team,and providing diversified forms of public participation.,improving the public feedback mechanism.
